Charitable Gift Annuity

The tremendous cost of operating and maintaining a fleet of over 100 specialized vehicles is an everyday reality for Medical Motor Service. Give a Lift

Offering to provide transportation for someone you care about is a thoughtful and meaningful gift. Medical Motor Service is pleased to assist you with our Give a Lift program, which provides a selected number of round-trip services based on your contribution. The Annual Car Star Campaign

Our annual giving campaign is a meaningful way to help support our many specialized services. Car Star donations are used to make transportation services more affordable to low-income passengers.

Memorials and Honorariums

Gifts to Medical Motor Service in honor of friends and family members are meaningful tributes that also help provide the gift of independence to people with disabilities. Gifts can also celebrate other occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations or other important events. Your donation will be used to defray the cost of equipment and other transportation services.
